More About Sonia

Sonia has a diverse background in international marketing, sales (B2B and B2C), teaching, business, art, makeup artistry, and office administration. She earned an Associate’s degree in Business Administration, a certificate in Medical Assisting, and received training in CNA work. She also studied Event Management and International Business at California Polytechnic University, Pomona.

She speaks a mix of English and Tagalog, along with elementary Mandarin and Spanish. She hopes to add Portuguese and Italian to her repertoire.

Sonia comes from a richly diverse background. Her mother, born in the Philippines, is of Portuguese, Spanish, and Filipino descent. Her father had British, Scottish, Irish, Welsh, Cherokee, and Ashkenazi Jewish ancestry. Psychic abilities run in the family—her mother is a precog who can read a person’s personality and potential simply by looking at their picture or face, and her brother also has a strong intuitive sense.

Having traveled extensively, Sonia has lived in nine different countries. Her motivation was to step outside the U.S. to experience culture, art, cuisine, language, customs, and traditions firsthand. She wanted to challenge herself by moving somewhere completely unfamiliar and immersing herself fully.
